Who Is Eligible?
NADCP welcomes the public, Drug Court, DWI Court, and Mental Health Court professionals, including justice system, alcohol and drug treatment, and mental health treatment professionals. Our diverse membership includes: judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers, probation and parole agents, law enforcement officers, case managers, CPS case workers, therapists, treatment professionals, court administrators, research scientists and more. Our membership year runs from July 1 thru June 30.
